Refund Policy

1. Customer Satisfaction is Our Priority

At Ashleen Singh, customer satisfaction is our priority.
We provide refunds, repairs, and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.


2. Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under the ACL include refunds or replacements for major product or service failures, and repairs for minor issues. We uphold all guarantees under the law.


3. Change of Mind

We may offer a refund or exchange at our discretion if:

  • Notified within 2 days of receipt

  • Product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Services haven’t been performed

  • Government ID is provided


4. Products Damaged During Delivery

Contact us within 7 days.
Return the product in received condition for a replacement, repair, or refund.


5. Exceptions

We may refuse a refund or repair if:

  • Product was misused

  • You were informed of the issue beforehand

  • You insisted on custom changes against advice

  • Exemptions apply under the law


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Agreement Policy
Client Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the “Client” and “Ashleen Singh” (the “Company”). It is agreed as follows:

Timeline
All calls and support must be completed within the timeframe outlined in the program documentation (ID EE), beginning from the first scheduled session. If calls are not completed within the designated program period, the Client forfeits any remaining sessions.

Ashleen Singh will schedule one full week off per quarter. Chat support will be available Monday to Friday, once every 48 hours, and no calls will be held during that time.

Tools to be Provided by Client
The Client will provide all necessary tools, documentation, and information required for the Company to fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement.

Independent Contractor Status
The Company is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Client.

Ownership of Work Product
Once the Client has paid in full, all material created under this Agreement (the “Work Product”) will be considered “work made for hire,” and the Client will own all rights to the Work Product. If any pre-existing Company material is included, the Company grants the Client a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use it.

No Guarantees
Results are not guaranteed. Any outcomes discussed are expressions of opinion only.

Payment Plan Clause
Payments must be made on time per the agreed program plan. The total coaching package is non-refundable. Missed or late payments may result in immediate suspension of services and access. Continued missed payments may result in legal action to recover outstanding amounts. Alternatively, a $1,000 early termination fee may be paid to cancel the contract.

Confidentiality
The Client will not disclose any proprietary or confidential information received from the Company. All shared information will be considered confidential unless stated otherwise.

Non-Disparagement
The Client agrees not to make false, derogatory, or disparaging statements about the Company or its representatives. The Company agrees to the same regarding the Client.

Promotional Material
The Client agrees that the Company may use their name, social media handles, and results for promotional purposes. Any additional terms regarding promotional use must be in writing.

Miscellaneous
The Client agrees to hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims arising from participation in this Agreement.

This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements. It is governed by the laws of Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Pacific Islands.

Waiver & Cancellation Policy

I understand that life is busy, and unexpected events can occur. However, it is your responsibility to commit week to week for the best results—consistency creates success. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged and are non-refundable, except in cases of genuine emergencies.

Due to the nature of our work, the full package fee is non-refundable. All sessions must be completed within a 6-month period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
